Arrogant owner who needs some lessons in customer service. If you want to spend money for just checking something for 15 minutes, pay a premium price for that and leave without the issue resolved, you are at the right address. We went up the road with our issue, where we were greeted with friendliness and the issue was resolved within half an hour!
