It would be best if there were a 10 star rating for Chris and his team at K&K Construction! They are amazing! Chris and his wonderful team took on a job in our garage of demoing an underground pool in our third bay of our garage - I know it sounds odd and it was! They tore out the pool, filled in the hole and poured a new cement pad in the third bay of our garage. I had K&K Construction pour a back patio in July of this year (2025). After the job was complete, I noticed the slope was way more than the normal concrete slope should be. Normal is 1% to 2% slope, mine is 3.5% to 4%. When you sit in a chair, you definitely feel like you are leaning away from the house because the slope is so steep. I voiced my concerns with the owner, and he was very rude about it. The first time I tried to speak to him about it, he hung up on me. We had K&K Construction come out to do a driveway and back patio for us. Everyone was super easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again. They made sure we understood everything going on with the work & what to expect. The work is beautiful and was done on time and within our budget. I highly recommend them.

K&K recently did an extended patio and sidewalk addition at our home. We couldn't be more happy with the results. From our first contact with Dena and Chris, the communication, timing, and delivery was spot on. Their work force is clean, efficient, and as professional as you could ask for.
