I see a lot of 5 star reviews and I actually have not had them out to clean my carpets, but I have called them and that is why they are getting a 1 star review. I have called them twice in the last couple of years. The first time was a guy. He was quite arrogant and rude, so I opted not to use their services. The second time was a couple of weeks ago and it was a woman who returned the call. She too was rude and arrogant. I have not used a professional carpet cleaner before. I have always done it myself and never got my carpet fully clean and fresh smelling . I live in the woods, dirt and have had several cats and dogs through out the years. I was concerned that my carpet would be a challenge due to the stains. My carpet is 20 years old light beige cut Berber, who gets that kind, living in the woods, dirt and has animals. Well i do lol.. K & K cleaned my carpet and it looks amazing!!
