We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning recently provided by K & K. Ken was successful in removing some stains brought in by our dog who had a paw covered in some oily muddy substance. We were very grateful.

I see a lot of 5 star reviews and I actually have not had them out to clean my carpets, but I have called them and that is why they are getting a 1 star review. I have called them twice in the last couple of years. The first time was a guy. He was quite arrogant and rude, so I opted not to use their services. The second time was a couple of weeks ago and it was a woman who returned the call. She too was rude and arrogant.
