I have not used a professional carpet cleaner before. I have always done it myself and never got my carpet fully clean and fresh smelling . I live in the woods, dirt and have had several cats and dogs through out the years. I was concerned that my carpet would be a challenge due to the stains. My carpet is 20 years old light beige cut Berber, who gets that kind, living in the woods, dirt and has animals. Well i do lol.. K & K cleaned my carpet and it looks amazing!!
