Doug Kerr came out to look at my house to make an estimate on July 24. I sent him my insurance estimate so I assumed it would not take long. It is September 22 and I have still not received an estimate. The journeyman he was working with isn't with him anymore, so he is backed up. Still waiting on an estimate 2 months later.

It is September 15 and I have still not received an estimate. The journeyman he was working with passed away, so I understand that he is backed up. However it is not acceptable to not return any of my texts, calls and emails. Still waiting on an estimate 2 months later.
