It’s so obvious that Ken loves what he does and cares about cars. Over the years he has told me multiple times when certain work wasn’t needed, so when he does tell me something needs to be done, I trust him completely. Also when I needed a tire replacement (he doesn’t do that), he called a tire store to make sure they wouldn’t charge me too much. Thank you Ken for everything
Ken is the absolute best! I have always been stressed about bringing my car in places and knowing what is going on. Ken walks you through issues in detail, is honest and makes it an easier experience all around - even when the outcome isn’t great! Not your average mechanic!
