They’ve made mistakes that most people would think are common sense, damage to vehicle, disrespect of time of clients, and lost wheel lock keys. I doubt I would go back again. I have tried to give them second chances more than three times over seven year. Update: I am changing my rating solely because Joe called to try and make things right. He apologized for the heartache and inconveniences. We had a mature conversation about how things can be better and asked me to give his shop another try……I hate to have to find another ... read more
get ready for a digger's fee like you wouldnt believe. never had a diagnostic fee for over $100 where the mechanic didnt bother to reach out and let me know it would be so expensive. got the call once the digging was done. a lot more than $100. wouldnt recommend.
