Kyle Johnson did a full bathroom remodel for me. Both he, along with his crew of Matt and a couple others did a fantastic job. Very professional and very meticulous. At no point did I feel he was rushing the job. If he wasn't happy with something, he would rip it out and do it again. I will definitely use him again on my next reno. Highly recommended.
I was looking to have a fireplace and hearth installed in my home and was extremely pleased with the work K. Johnson Building did. Kyle worked with the fireplace installer to make sure the hearth was designed to code to pass the WETT inspection, managed to source niche local materials to match the aesthetic I was looking for and did it all within my projected budget. The end result was exactly what we had discussed beforehand and has kept the house cozy and warm all winter. Great job, will definitely be hiring them again.
Kyle and his crew are professional, knowladgable, fast and reliable. They worked with my individual needs and their level of care was beyond words. I have worked with many contractors thru my life and I can confidently recommend these guys for your construction project.

I used Kyle to turn my two rustic 3 season cabins in Eagle Bay into 4 season cabins. He always did what he promised and the quality was fantastic! To name a few items, - insulated both cabin walls and ceilings. - installed bathrooms in both cabins with septic pumps to tie in. - Hot water tanks. - flooring. - electrical service upgrade. - completely new kitchen in one cabin. - heat pump installs in both. - fully fenced and gated about 3/4 of an acre with his own crew.
