My husband and I have had a horrendous time working with this company. We had KM&J Carpet install carpet into our home a year ago. Just a few months went by and the carpet started buckling in rooms that are unoccupied. They came out and fixed it. However, it started again a couple of months ago. They are refusing to fix it and say it was due to carpet cleaners. Unfortunately for them, we haven't had our carpets professionaly cleaned in over 7 months.
