We called to have a water heater temporory relocated for other work we were having done on the house. Ronnie responded quickly and came over and provided us an estimate. He provided professional, quality service at a fair price. He was very polite and cleaned up the work area throughly. He made sure we were happy with his work before he left. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks again for your service Ronnie.
Fast, friendly customer service. I called at 6 am, received a call back 15 minutes later. Tech was at my house the same day, by 9:30 am. Diagnosed the problem and was back the next day to make the water heater repairs. Both days I received a 1 hour window of arrival and the tech was there at the beginning of the service window. Tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and was very quick and efficient! Excellent customer service and overall experience with this company!
Answered the phone with my first call. Donnie came out at my convenience. Found out that I needed a new diverter for my shower spigot. Quoted me a price and ordered the parts. Came back within a week and completed the work. Donnie and Miles were super. They were polite and did an excellent job. Selected K Jenkins for the good reviews and they did not disappoint.
Came out quickly to review service, I think it was next day? Promptly replaced our hose bib and added a shut off so it doesn't freeze again. Robby also showed us how much salt to add to our water softener since we've never had one before. I highly recommend. Really nice guys who do excellent work.
I recently had to make the dreaded call for a plumber. Ronnie returned my call within 30 minutes and was able to fit me into the schedule within a few days. He and Ed arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem, and got straight to work. Thankfully, the problem wasn’t nearly as bad as I had feared.
