This was our first experience with K-Jack under the new ownership and we could not have been more pleased. They upgraded us to a newer and nicer trailer than the one we had originally booked. We arrived to find the trailer on site and hooked up with the fridge cold and the AC on. I really liked that everything from bedding and towels to a fire pit and propane were included at no extra cost. I would never rent from anyone else! They are SO accommodating and willing to do anything to help us have the absolute best vacation! They are incredibly friendly and I am so grateful for their amazing customer service!!!!!!
Fantastic customer service. I needed something to stay in while I moved my tiny home. They went above and beyond good service. They took care of everything from delivering the RV to my location as I packed up my tiny house. Then they delivered it to the new location and set it up again. Then once I was back in my tiny home they came and picked it up. The RV was like new and perfect size for what I needed.
