K-Jack RV provided excellent service. The staff are very polite. We had some issues with our booked trailer. K-Jack RV sent another trailer for us on the same day with in two hours. We really appreciate the staff came all the way to the campground again and delivered another motorhome for us. I defintely recommend K Jack RV. They really care about their customers. We greatly appreciate their service. And we had a great time with the motorhome
We have rented from a few rv rental businesses and KJack is the absolute best by far! Quick to respond to any questions and fix any minor issues, and all of their staff are very professional and friendly to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure your trip is comfortable. The quality of the equipment provided (dishes, fire pit, towels, ect...) was very good. They included everything needed to create a wonderful camping experience. Will not hesitate to book with KJack again!
Service is great if you want to show up after work to a fully setup Rv. Bbq's and propane fireplace set up and ready to go, delivered wherever you need it on the island.
Absolutely amazing experience renting from this company. The RV had everything we needed and more. The communication was very easy and we would defiantly rebook an RV from them.
I have to give a thumbs up. our experience with Marsha was easy & professional and the unit was nicely equipped with appropriate pots, pans and auxiliary utensils. The bed ....I have to find out what mattress it was, super comfy. We rented the 26 bhs. Provided chairs, fireplace, generator and propane tank made it all easy to be outdoors. will rent again.
