Very unprofessional. We got a flat tire while traveling (having to catch a plane on the next day, on the other side of the island). Called this place to get it fixed. They assured us it would be finished in 1.5hours but after 2.5 hours they had not even touched it. The clerk simply said that they have been busy and that I was welcome to take the place some place else, ignoring the fact that it was almost closing time. Fast, Honest, Proffesional. And it ended being cheaper than Firestone. I've no reason to go anywhere else.

They fit me in so quickly to their busy schedule, and had my tire ready in under 1.5 hours. Reuben was extremely kind and helpful, he even put my new tire on for me after I said I could do it myself since they were busy. They also gave me a card to recommend an alignment service to me since I need that service as well. Incredible service! Thank you, K&J!
