Unparalleled customer service! Tried to get a walk in with a rattling sound and they said they couldn't see me until the next day. Went out to my car and was sitting there on the phone when they came out, said they could hear it and knew what it was and fixed it right then!
Crooks! Tried scamming my 90-yr old grandma by telling her that her car window was broken. They wanted to charge her $250 to fix it, when all we did was watch a YouTube video and press a power-lock button that they had taped down. Don’t go here, reporting to BBB
Five stars isn’t enough for the service I received from Tim and the mechanics on Friday February 9th. I broke my serpentine belt on my way to Chicago and while I know they worked me in between the existing customers they had. I can not thank them enough and will definitely be back as this really is a full service place. Thank you again. I made it to Chicago and to my granddaughters birthday.
My go-to guys for tires & front end work.. ..no need to go to the city
