Had a low tire lite go on on my way back to Detroit. They were so helpful and the girl at front desk was kind enuff 2 check out my tire for nail etc. she said nothing there let us air ya up and hit the road. They were gonna squeeze e in if there was a leak. Thank you to all who helped me out on Monday morning. Joe

I was in town with a few young people when our 15 passenger van developed some issues. The folks at Ultimate squeezed us in, did a fantastic job, and got us back on the road despite it coming up to a holiday weekend. They were awesome to work with!

I had a puncture in one of my tires, so I took my car to Ultimate Auto Repair, which is close to where I live. They were booked, but said they could at least put some air in the tire and schedule me to come back for repair. When the mechanic checked the tire, he found the spot and source of the puncture. Knowing it wouldn't hold air, he checked with his boss and was approved to remove the item that punctured the tire and plugged the tire for me right in the parking lot since all the bays were full.
