Bought a used motor from Kevin was very thorough to coverage set up and important information about the motor,even a return policy on the used motor. If I didn’t like it, I could bring it back. always wanted the customer to feel not pressured and in the drivers seat. Steve Pinewski
Saved our family vacation! When we arrived at our resort my power trim wouldn't lower or raise the outboard. Called and left a message late evening and got a return call the next morning with a few questions and a phone interview of the symptoms and I was given directions for an easy fix to do on my own for less than $10. That is awesome customer service!
