Never going back! They lack any decent scissor skills required for a truly professional precision clip. So why does it take literally - LITERALLY - five hours to “groom” a small, docile, 20 lbs 11 year old dog? And during those five hours, the dog is forced to sit in an uncomfortable, tiny cage without access to water inside their stifling, humid, foul smelling shop.
