Probably, the worst ive ever been treated by a business owner. Called 2 days before appointment to double check and make sure everything would be okay and that the original appointments changed to the weekend. Kinda had a unique situation. Day of org app he called me asking why I wasnt there on my scheduled time and acted like he completely forgot our prior phone call. Do not use this location if you need a baiid device installed in your vehicle, this shop over charges for the installation is not up front with how long the installation will take and also is very rude when asked any questions about it
