Do your self a favour don’t not use this company to clean your air conditioners!! I now need to spend $$$$ to get a 12 month old a/c completely removed and cleaned because of what they did!! NOT HAPPY!! And they couldn’t care less photos to come.
Terrible. Three weeks ago I paid almost $200 to have a repair man look at my Bosch machine. They told me it was broken which I already knew. And three weeks later they have not supplied a quote to fix. Do not use this company. I already knew the machine was broken. It cost me $200 to be told that.
Highly recommend. Got the stove top installation done with expertise, efficiency and good advice. Friendly, good people.
I agreed for them to replace 4 air conditioners in my unit for $13,869. The one they installed in my bedroom was faulty so instead of swapping it for a serviceable one they just left it and lodged a warranty claim in my name washing their hands of it (on the day of installation), and didn’t call me to let me know about the warranty claim. Zero customer service points for that effort. Now I’m sleeping on the floor over Christmas until Daikin gets back to me to organise a technician (as it turns out, a 3week wait)…
