KIII's website touts efficiency but this comes at the expense of quality. Our house is not even 5 years old and the number of issues we've had this early on are troubling. Good company
K III built a spec home for me that was finished this year (2022). The experience was excellent even in the midst of very trying times for the construction industry and in a crazy housing market. The project was handled professionally and the office staff kept me abreast of progress all along the way. I was not left wondering about anything. Highly recommended.
K III Construction built my home a few years ago and it was well done and great quality. We have enjoyed it very much and have recently been working with K III as investors building spec homes. Working with K III has been great both while working with them as a custom builder and as a spec builder. Highly recommend
