One person who brightens peoples' day is Jose Castillo. He has always had a wonderful work ethic since the two years I've lived here at the Four Seasons Terra Lago Homes. Among the many shining qualities he has displayed on a continuum are; he is generously accommodating and reliable when assisting with the needs and desires of the patrons of the resort. My hope, is that the Terra Lago Homes Resort recognize that, this young man is a one of a kind and will continue to have a place at Four Seasons Terra Lago.

We closed on a new home on Friday. I am absolutely disgusted with the condition of the home and all of the items not done. I understand that the burden is now on us to itemize everything and put in help desk tickets. It is shameful the quality of work not done and no intention of getting it done in a quick manner.
