They are mass-produced homes. I am happy with my home, and when I need anything fixed, Perry is excellent. The carpeting they put in the house is builder's grade and very cheap. This needs to change. The Clubhouse took forever to build, and the outside needs to be completed by the beginning of summer. No one wants to tell you any higher ups phone numbers because they don't want to be called. You can never get information from the sales rep who to call. I really am happy to live here because of the people who live here.

Mass-produced homes. AC wasn't installed correctly. New fridge lasted 2 weeks. Months later, still don't have a working fridge. A lot of owners are having issues with mold.
