Nice neighborhood with good people, but the builder has gone power-mad and rejected homeowner election results for who should be on the board of directors. Which is silly, because they're almost done building here and will be gone soon. Loco.
I saw new construction homes that are exactly what I'm looking for.
I bought a home from DR HORTON at Homestead in Dixon, California. If you are thinking about doing the same, take it from me and hundreds of others... Don't! The company doesn't stand by its construction, and follow up by their customer service is antagonistic. The Sunrun Solar Energy Systems Solar panels they install on the roof are junk, and you will have outrageous PG&E bills! Find another builder. I hear Richmond American is better.
