Since a March closing, we have send about 15 requests to correct construction and other issues and they seem to just keep coming. Many are just ignored or we are give "stories" about how and when they will be resolved. The board is feeble. Communications could be characterized as radio silence. K. Hovnanian, at this community in progress, simply does not accept responsibility for their their deficiencies.
