Hands down this is one of the worst quality construction experiences we have had having built multiple homes. We love the community and our neighbors, but KHovnanian as a builder stinks. Poor quality materials, poor quality customer service, our lot grading failed inspection because they didn't put in a drain (still not fixed since August 2021) so we have standing water all over our back yard, we had to move our closing because they didn't secure the occupancy permit, our water meter is installed about 3 feet from the wall i... read more

My construction manager has bern very good so far. He’s been very attentive to detail and keeps me in the loop on everything. I can tell he cares which makes me feel good

We built our new home in Four Seasons at Chestnut Ridge. The construction took place during the pandemic and we experienced delays waiting on materials, etc. We thought we would not move in on time, but as soon as the materials arrived, they got all craftsmen on the job. Our project manager and sales person were both extremely professional and any concerns we had were researched and resolved without issue. We have been in for a few months now and have used K.
