I’m a vendor in the neighborhood. Worked on a home and noticed so many issues. He was a young home buyer and I felt so bad for what he was going through. I feel management in the neighborhood does not do there job. They are lazy and sit in there car and just drive by. They never actually walk into the homes and see what’s going on.
