Had an opportunity to walk some of the floor planes that KHOV is offering on the west side of league city. I met with Jessica Sanchez. All I can say is, wow. As an agent I often walk new construction homes and wonder to myself “my client is paying a premium for this?!”. That wasn’t the case here.
