The homes are nice, and the sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Horrible craftsmanship. They tell you how great their customer service is, until you need something fixed. Then they are non responsive, and very quick to say things like, “a certain amount of water is expected to come into your home every time it rains.” -josh in warranty. I’ve attached photos of my house to warn others and make sure you know, no 5 star review of khov is legit. Keep in mind, this is a brand new house. Horrible company.
