We bought our home here in February 2025. We are pleased with the quality, the finishes, the KHov team and highly recommend the neighborhood. People are friendly and it has a very diverse age range which we appreciate. Its heartwarming to see lots of little kids outside riding bikes. We recently installed a pool/spa with Treasure Pools and our home has become THE BEST entertaining spot for our friends due to the layout and outdoor living.
I recently purchased a townhome in Salerno Reserve, and I’m already experiencing major issues. The community is being built on an old fish farm, where the builders simply covered up bodies of water and built homes directly on top. Since moving in, my backyard has started to erode, with corroding soil and missing dirt beneath my patio pavers, causing instability and safety concerns.
