I purchased one of these homes in July 2020. The home was poorly made and quickly started falling apart, even the kitchen cabinet doors started falling off on their own! Walls needed to be opened bc pipes were not installed correctly and were wedged with towels against studs. There were even large areas of the floor where they failed to notice they didn’t install padding under the carpet.
