Homes are nice but I mainly went to see what the area looked like. Houses are too far out west and seem overpriced. The construction looked nice and their were plenty of upgrades available but I think you are paying mainly for the name. I would rather buy a lot in Jupiter Farms or the Acreage and hire a contractor to build me a house exactly the way I wanted and it probably would cost less. Also you wouldn't have HOA dues or construction going on around you all the time.

Hi, I am your millionaire neighbor encouraging you not to buy in this community. I have lived just over the fence (0.18 miles away) for over a decade, and am a senior Lockheed Martin manager nearby. My fiance and I rode our bicycles through the open gates at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. A Honda Accord followed slowly for 20 minutes, which is not typical for this area and unnerving. The cheaply dressed/paid "condo commando" insulted us like teenagers and demanded exit IMMEDIATELY. Our bicycles obviously threatened and disgusted this ... read more
