K Hov let us pick out all the nice interior upgrades and imagine our family living here for months while we watched it being built, then out of nowhere, they "found" an "undisclosed" debt, which doesn't even show on our credit report, was less than $500/ month, and that was definitely disclosed to them from the get go.
