I’ve had a frustrating experience with K. Hovnanian, particularly due to poor communication from both their in-house lender and sales consultant. I reached out multiple times to their lender, Matt, and even tried contacting his manager when I received no response, but still heard nothing back. Would be 5 if for Danielle the sales person or Josh the builder. God forbid you have to deal with their management staff that will not make any mistakes right for a customer that makes the biggest purchase of their life …. Unreal. Sold a house that didn’t have electricity for 2 days and they couldn’t figure it out I had too!! And encore told me they executed the stop order that’s why. Management doesn’t care at all it happened, they’ve done nothing. I was promised head management would be reaching out nothing ……
