House is fine but definitely no choices. They took away the dream of buying a new home as you didn't get to pick much of anything. I'm lucky in that I did get to pick my exterior and fixtures. Everything else we couldn't chose anything not cabinets or flooring though they had various and many option we got what we got. WeMy neighbors didn't even get that much say they said.
