DO NOT BUY FROM KHOV!! Terrible builder. Poor quality construction, poor materials. Stuff will start to fail within 1-2 years. They’re customer service is abysmal. I wish we would have never chose then when we decided to build.
BEWARE of this community and the sales agent lady. We have some serious concerns about the landfill located a mile away. Whenever we are visiting our home, come across a very bad stench. We have to literally hold our breath. We met a few residents there and found out about this grave issue going on regarding this stench from the landfill. Residents said that this is a major problem that they are suffering on a regular basis. Great homes.
Bought house and it has been less than year. The Trees are dead. Call the builder and they say the landscaping is not under warranty. Can't help to think that they put bad trees b/c I see other dead trees around the neighborhood and the ones with dead trees are all KHOV homes.
