Positive experience with Karam.
Houses are small but prices are very high for that location .. common amenities are none .. schools are very far .. not much frequency of public transportation etc.. very remote place. For grocery you have to go for atleast 6+miles ... With all these prices are extremely high ... According to me not worth it..
Love the layouts and Karam, the sales agent is absolutely fantastic. She has all the time and passion for her customers to explain every detail the buyer is asking
