The management, the builder and vice president and president are very inconsistent and lie quite often about everything. We have deal with a complete rebuild of our house while we were living in our home. The worst experience ever and we are still going through it. Always get everything from this group on writing. Trust me you will need it. They have given us to choice but to involve our lawyers. From sales to service, everyone says seems thing completely different that the other.
I came in with an intention to buy with my entire family and an appointment booked. Once we got there, the sales rep. was very stand offish and her vibe was frankly racist. I offered to shake hands she said I don’t shake. That I understand if the rest of our conversation was productive, but it wasn’t. I’m extremely turned off by this and will not be doing business with KHOV.
