We close our dream home in April (remotely) and it is one of the best thing ever. Let me tell you that we were able to physically feel and see our home in May when we moved all the way from Fargo, ND. to here in Melissa Tx. Very disappointed with KHov. Very slow to respond to repair requests and not easy to work with. The decision was made to switch the brick color during the build, that we picked, without telling us. When we showed them that they used the wrong brick, they apologized they forgot to tell us that the brick we picked was not available and chose one of the options they thought we would like.
