I moved into my new build this past February, and overall, it’s been a really nice experience. The community is peaceful, walkable, and the neighbors I’ve met so far have been friendly. We’ve slowly been making the house feel like home, and I’ve enjoyed the process. There haven’t been any major issues with the house itself, though the wall paint is not great it scuffs and scrapes very easily, even with gentle cleaning. HOA here is a scam. HOA is suppose to water our plants in our yards but mine have died twice. THERE IS NO PARKING OPEN and we aren’t allowed to park on the street? There’s also a hidden camera in the park which is really weird. I don’t wanna be watched while I’m playing with my dog or family at the park. My new build homes also has tons of spiders.
Homes have great quality and design. The sales staff are wonderful.
