It’s a new construction, but cockroaches everywhere. HoA blames everyone, but doesn’t take any accountability that the dumpster is never picked up. The cockroaches are already inside the new buildings. We’ve had to bring in exterminators since we started seeing them on our 3rd floor.
Beautiful homes in Warren and Peggy is an amazing sales manager. Loved the layout of 2 bedroom. Personally loved the spacious 3 bed Tons of customization available . Pros: brand new construction, excellent school district, 20 mins to Newark or whippany and 12 mins to summit and short hills mall. Overall a good purchase Cons: price point is on higher side and ultra you will get the best Khovnanian build . No direct train lines. But very soon box car buses will be coming here. Overall an
Very poor sales team , very poor quality of construction and very poor response . I’m Single word. Worst . Almost everyone saying this . I never suggest to anyone . Don’t waste your money . We are struggling already (almost 40-50 houses )
