Shakita, our sales rep made our home-buying process smooth and stress free. She is very knowledgeable, kind and always available for questions or concerns. If she didn’t know the answer to something (rare) she was able to put us in contact with someone who did. Josh did our walkthroughs with us and was just as kind and helpful. This pretty much sums it up if you want to know what their houses are in the long run years later after it’s built .. I really wish I could give 2.5 right down the middle. My home is now 15 Years old with very little issues, with us being the 3rd owners. It has had a leak in the garage that we understand has been there since the house was built and has been repaired at least 3x but not completely fixed.. When the rain blows a certain way, it leaks.
