Beautiful home, but built so quick they cut corners. We're very thankful we checked the progress of the build very frequently cause we were able to catch things they tried to hide and later deny. Been in the home for a year now and things are falling apart like the railing, the hot and cold switches were reversed when installed, unfinished work is constantly spotted. Love our home not the builders.

I have too much to say how dissatisfied I am. We have had leaks that led to mold, repairs that led to my child getting sick and a house that is full of work that is just poor workmanship. One trade will do work and not do a good job and the next will start work over the bad workmanship and then you are left with a torn up house over and over and over again with the worst customer service. We paid $532k with solar and we can not fathom how anyone would want to pay $719k starting for headaches and putting your families health ... read more
