I purchased a khovnanian home from another location. A large section of my floor is ruined and they tell me its possibly from my mop or my dogs pee’d. I escalate to a senior and he tells me he will call me back and now its been 2 weeks and still nothing. Run far away from this builder. They will do anything they can to get out of a warranty repair.
Great area with beautiful homes and I'm sure the value will definitely double once all of them are built and completed. Overall great location and there are parks and places to walk the pathways with pets and small children A+++
