Bought an $800k home in the 4 Seasons Kent Island Community. We looked forward to joining this community. The reality is that the homes are poorly built. It has been a nightmare. Shoddy construction including poor drywall work, abysmal painting, band aid repairs. Trade workers work fast and sloppy - more work in less time equals more money. KHOV Four seasons @ Orlando BEWARE! Horrible HOA. Keep raising fees. We were told the outside of our home would be taken care of. That was a total lie. We’ve had several landscaping companies one was just as bad as the other. Our lawns are a sad site. They refuse to give us the grass we want. They cheap out and are always having to replace the sod.
