2.5 years in my home and noticing so many flaws. Walls keep cracking and i have to keep paying someone to sand and paint. Bathroom counter is settling and coming apart from the wall. Toilet in masters always clog, even with just toilet paper. Now i have a cracked kitchen counter. Cant wait to sell to a clueless soul and build a new home elsewhere
Bought home in Centrepark Terrace, having issues with a/c not cooling properly, leaky roof, floors uneven, flapping vents when the wind blows, ceiling fans not working properly, poorly constructed and very unhappy
First off, I had no idea this builder was previously Brighton Homes. Second, I would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful construction manager Nick, who exceeded my expectations. I went to see the homes without scheduling a appointment and he stopped what he was doing to open the model homes to assist me. Clearly, he was uncomfortable with the walkthrough but he answered all my questions, provided me a packet and was very patient with me and my two young boys who did not make it any easier for him. I bought a Khovnanian home a little over a year ago. Garrett and Susan were both extremely helpful with our home buying process. Nick did an excellent job helping us address all of our concerns and needs during our 1 year home warranty repair process.
