I am about 3 years into living in a home built by K. Hovnanian. Buyers beware, our Furnace/AC took a dump this summer only to find out that my unit was severely under sized for my home. Which would explain the monstrous energy bills we’ve had up till now. Now I am looking at a $15-20,000 bill to get the right sized units. Even found a Facebook group with other victims.
