Upper Management are selfish when it comes to closing on property. It is always a straight NO to any request instead to look every situation on one on basis. When they want to delay delivery, the client has to accept no option. Same applies to their own recommended/endorsed lender delays the get penalized. Not fair at all. Also their preferred lenders are ripoff as well.
