DO NOT BUY A KHOV HOME!! Unless you want to dish over 20k in the first year to buy the proper AC unit and redo the duct work!!! Our entire community is having issues with the AC they installed and everyone is getting the run around. They'll tell you the houses aren't built to withstand the Houston heat and ac units installed aren't designed to withstand Houston heat. Don't waste your money!! Maybe it's time for a lawsuit. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We work hard for what we want at the end of the day we expect our days to be put together in what we feel like in a timely manner we feel like we had a rush job done on this house and it was so disrespectful from Shelby to not even follow up with us on the process of building this home was at the moment we are in we closed last month and we've been in the house for about a week and we found multiple issues with the electrical outlets and the switch breakers that hasn't been properly repaired so at that point I can run my dry... read more
