I would think really hard before purchasing a home from this builder, regardless of location. I purchased a new home in Northern California, closed escrow in December 2019. This builder is money hungry and does not honor their commitments to their home buyers. They operate similar to a used car salesman, they draw you in with promises that they have your back if something goes wrong with their product but trust me once they land a sale the buyer of said sale becomes an after thought. Buyer should be wary and beware!!
