While driving through their new development in East Lake Village, I ran over a large screw resulting in a flat tire. I called the local management at K. Hovanian to ask for reimbursement and they said "Sorry but we don't even reimburse our employees for flat tires resulting from construction debris....we clean up the area every Friday." I believe that K. Hovnanian has a responsibility to inspect and clean up the public areas they impact... and that includes the road and sidewalks adjacent to their construction projects.... a... read more
