We have been I. Our home almost two years. We are very happy w the home. Neighnood is awesome. We love it
Homes are poorly built. Nothing but issues with our new home. Saving money by using cheap sub-contractors is the goal with this company not quality. We have had nothing but issues since we moved in. Electrical issues, stucco , framing, appliances. There is a so called “warranty” when you purchase the home but It doesn’t cover anything! Would highly recommend looking for your new home somewhere else!
