BUYER BEWARE!! I bought in Estates of Fox Chase in Oswego. The quality is beyond poor and not worth the money. I don't have enough room to list every issue we have had but lets say that 3 years into our new home they closed out, canceled our appointments to have things fixed and have not heard a word back from anyone. Beautiful homes, the staff seemed friendly, prices are alright not great. Was a bit odd during the pandemic where we were giving ourselves a tour & just had to remember any questions we had until later on but overall a good experience.
