Ive always liked this builder
I am happy with the quality of my new townhouse, but I have concerns about the community. There are only two street lights right near the entrance, and the rest of the community, including the parking lots, gets really dark at night, and makes me feel unsafe. Also, I recently learned from the builder that the "nature trail" and "dog park" that were prominently advertised when I bought my home actually won't be built for years, if ever.
